Returns & Refunds

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or other buyer preference reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order information and clear photos showing the issue.

If the issue qualifies, we will provide either:

• A replacement at no additional cost, or

• A refund for the affected item.

You generally will not be required to return a damaged or defective item unless we specifically request otherwise.

Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, colors, and shipping details before placing your order.

Orders that are returned because of an incorrect or undeliverable address may not qualify for a free replacement or refund.
